You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receive the good.

Simply send an e-mail to: info@kore-beauty.com and state your name, order number, and product  Once we receive the package, we will refund the amount  to your account within 5 working days.

For all items you buy from us, the legal warranty applies. Legal guarantee means that a product is or should be what the consumer is expected to expect in all reasonable terms. As a Kore Beauty customer you are entitled to a good product. If the product is not what you expect, please contact us. Then we will come together to find a solution. You can reach us by email at :

Returned items will only be accepted if they are unused and wrapped in the original packaging. Kore Beauty items can only be returned in unopened packaging.

We do not charge extra costs for the return of (part of) your order. The purchase amount of the returned item will be credited to you, excluding shipping costs. In addition to the purchase amount, possible charges for the initial shipment will also be credited in the cases mentioned below.
You will be credited the shipping costs if you received a damaged or incorrect item.  As soon as the package is received in good order, the purchase amount will be returned to your bank account as soon as possible and not later than 7 working days. You must keep the return receipt until the purchase price has been refunded.

Money backing based on payment method

Paid with iDeal or credit card : The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank or giro account as soon as possible and no later than 5 working days. Credit card may take 7-10 working days.

Busy periods such as the holidays can delay the delivery of your returned order.
